Our chefs use fresh local ingredients and Mexican inspired recipes to bring you a unique experience that is a flavour explosion. We're Arun and Zachary, the brains (and appetites) behind this taco-filled rollercoaster of a journey. Back in our uni days, when all-nighters and instant noodles were our jam, we cooked up this crazy idea of starting a food truck that slings the best darn tacos you've ever tasted.
Fast forward to the streets of Dorset, where our taco dreams started becoming a reality. Picture this: the sizzle of spices, the smell of awesomeness in the air, and happy taco lovers lining up. It was in those moments that we realized, "Hey, this isn't just a business—it's our thing."
From dorm room daydreams to the pop-up pandemonium, every taco we served became a symbol of friendship, flavor, and a whole lot of good times. Arun is a recent graduate of Bournemouth University, achieving a First-Class degree in International Hospitality Management with a placement year in Pharmaceutical Marketing. Throughout his university journey, Arun demonstrated his culinary expertise by serving as a versatile Chef De Partie/Sous Chef in various establishments across Dorset while studying. Arun seamlessly combines his profound expertise in the culinary arts with exceptional marketing skills, crafting a dynamic fusion that propels his approach to an unparalleled level of culinary innovation and excellence.
With eight years of experience in the culinary arts, Arun has honed his skills in numerous high-end hotels, venues, and restaurants. His career reached its zenith when he took on the responsibility of running the pass in a prestigious 1-Michelin Star restaurant in London.
Having studied and worked extensively in Dorset, Arun is now driven by a desire to give back to his local community. His mission is to provide superlative quality food, combining his passion for culinary arts with a commitment to enhancing the dining experience for the community.
